Agreements
During your relationship, I can provide advice and draft a contracting out agreement to protect the status, ownership and division of your property on separation or death. I also provide advice on property sharing agreements to protect your share in a property purchased with your partner or a third party.
Separation & Relationship Property
I specialise in providing advice to you when separation occurs. If a couple has been together for three years or more, usually the law requires equal sharing of relationship property. There may, however, be challenges and complications involving the division of property.
I provide advice on spousal maintenance, economic disparity and section 182 Family Proceedings Act claims. I am also well-versed on the categorisation of property which may be deemed separate, such as superannuation, debts and inheritances.

Dissolution
